At MG Credit Servicios Financieros we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

We process the data you provide through the contact form ("free study"), by phone, WhatsApp or email, for the following purposes:

3. How long do we keep your data?

We will keep your data while the relationship with MG Credit lasts and, once finished, for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities. If you only requested information and no operation is started, we will delete your data within a reasonable period unless you authorise us to keep it for future communications.

4. Who do we share your data with?

To provide the brokerage service, your data may be shared with banks and lending institutions in order to obtain and negotiate offers, always with your knowledge. Service providers (data processors) may also access it under the relevant contract. No international data transfers are made unless expressly informed.

5. What are your rights?

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw the consent given, by writing to serviciofinanciero@mgcredit.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

MG Credit applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
